1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ggpublishing.org and to enquiries made to GG Publishing ApS, CVR 45448320, Jorcks Passage 1A, 2., 1162 København K, Denmark ("we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Scope of services

GG Publishing ApS is a video game publisher. Our services include game publishing for independent studios, production support and milestone planning, marketing and launch communication, digital release and store management, localisation coordination and quality assurance coordination.

The website provides general information only. No agreement is formed through the website or by sending an enquiry. Any publishing, development or service relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Pitches and submitted materials

When you send us a pitch, you confirm that you have the right to share the materials. You keep all rights to your game and materials. We use submitted materials only to assess your enquiry, treat them confidentially and do not share them outside GG Publishing ApS without your permission, except with processors as described in our privacy policy. Because many games share similar ideas, receiving a pitch does not prevent us from working on or publishing other games with similar themes or features.

4. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or send unlawful, harmful or misleading content through the contact form.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design and graphics on this website belong to GG Publishing ApS unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Games and materials published by us remain subject to the rights set out in the relevant agreements.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at all times. To the extent permitted by Danish law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

The website may link to external websites, such as the Danish business register. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the website or our services, please email info@ggpublishing.org with a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 14 days. Consumers resident in Denmark may also bring a complaint to Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk), the Danish complaints board, where the conditions are met.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are settled by the Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to bring a case elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
